What you will do

• Configure and enhance Core HCM, business processes, supervisory organizations, positions, and custom objects.
• Build and maintain integrations using Core Connectors, EIBs, and APIs; manage schedules and troubleshooting.
• Design dashboards, scorecards, reports, and advanced calculated fields; execute EIB loads.
• Configure security roles, produce audit reports, and ensure compliance.
• Review release notes, perform testing, document changes, and promote configurations across tenants.
• Engage stakeholders, deliver UAT sessions, provide technical training, and communicate solutions clearly.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on Workday experience, ideally Workday Pro Certification
• Strong Workday HCM configuration, including Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence modules
• Experience building reports and integrations (Core Connectors, EIBs, RaaS)
• Solid understanding of Workday architecture
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Workday Web Services, XML/JSON, data mapping
• Experience in global/multi-country environments
