Quality Supervisor

What you will do

• Manage customer complaints, RMA processes, and returned product analysis to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct root cause analysis using quality tools and drive improvements across internal teams, overseas factories, and suppliers.
• Lead team in reporting, recording, analyzing, and testing defective products; produce 8D, CAPA, and PSR reports.
• Handle IQC anomalies for resale products, judge non-conformances, and push supplier improvements.
• Coordinate customer audits and provide on-site support as needed.

Requirements

• Fluent English for meetings and communication with international colleagues.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related.
• 5+ years in Quality Control; preferred experience with customer complaints and sensor products.
• Willingness to travel irregularly to customer sites.
• Proficient in 8D, CAPA, PSP, and other quality tools.
• Strong responsibility, fast learning, communication, and collaboration skills.
