What you will do

• Govern quality and compliance requirements ensuring all products meet internal and external standards.
• Partner with QA, merchandising, product development, and technical design to define specifications, testing protocols, and inspection plans.
• Conduct FMEA on new product introductions to mitigate design and manufacturing risks.
• Manage third-party relationships for a global testing and inspection program.
• Monitor compliance regulations and customer feedback to update test protocols regularly.
• Drive full category coverage with defined product specifications and active inspection plans.

Requirements

• 8+ years in quality assurance, testing, and compliance for apparel, footwear, bags, and accessories.
• Proven partnering with merchandising, product development, and technical design for specifications and plans.
• Ownership in building or managing category-level quality specs from concept to launch.
• Proficiency in FMEA for new products.
• Ability to monitor regulations, feedback, and update protocols.
• Expertise in ASTM, AATCC, and vendor testing protocols; managing third-party global programs.
• Strong documentation, system design, analytical, and communication skills.
