What you will do

• Plan and develop testing strategies for hirify.global Analog Simulators.
• Create procedures, testcases, and designs to test, debug, and troubleshoot software.
• Develop scripts or AI agents to automate test procedures.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Product Engineering, and Software Release teams to improve product quality.

Requirements

• MS or above in EE or CS.
• Strong background in Analog and Digital circuit design.
• Good software skills including scripting (Shell, Perl, Python) or AI skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Teamwork and good communication skills.

Nice to have

• SQA (Software Quality Assurance) experience.
