We’re looking for a strong Product Manager to join a fast-growing crypto-financial platform. This role is ideal for someone who can take full ownership of the product lifecycle, work closely with cross-functional teams, and drive product execution in a fast-paced, low-bureaucracy environment.

✔️ About the Role:
You will own the product from ideation to launch, working on key areas such as onboarding, credit functionality, and product analytics dashboards. The platform already has 7,500+ activated cards and combines traditional fintech features with crypto capabilities, including Visa cards, savings, crypto-backed lending, and personal bank accounts in Europe and the US.

✔️ Key Responsibilities:
• Own the full product lifecycle from idea to release
• Develop and optimize onboarding flows and user experience
• Work on credit functionality and lending products
• Build and improve product metrics dashboards
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: backend, blockchain, and mobile
• Write clear product specifications and ensure delivery to production

✔️ Key Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech or consumer apps
• Experience with card products is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of crypto at least at an advanced user level
• Ability to work effectively in a small team with minimal bureaucracy
• Strong written and spoken English (working level)
