What you will do

• Lead the development of portfolio-level product strategy and translate it into aligned quarterly roadmaps, OKRs, and execution plans.
• Manage, coach, and develop a remote-first distributed team of six Senior and Staff Product Managers.
• Partner with Engineering leadership to sequence work, balancing customer impact, feasibility, and long-term platform health.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to prioritise and deliver product capabilities that drive revenue, retention, and competitive differentiation.
• Work closely with Design to ensure strong discovery, experience coherence, and high product quality.
• Drive coherence and consistency across historically siloed products.

Requirements

• Senior product leadership experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience in people management.
• Ability to define and evolve portfolio-level strategy, making explicit trade-offs under uncertainty.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional leadership in organisations undergoing growth and change.
• Comfort operating in regulated, privacy-centric enterprise environments.
• Must be based in Latin America.
