What you will do

• Define and drive technical vision, architecture, and strategy for Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS).
• Lead engineering projects from planning to deployment with high-quality delivery.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Identify process improvements and adopt new technologies.
• Provide expert technical guidance as point person for projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years software development, 3+ years technical leadership
• Expert in system architecture, cloud-native development, distributed systems
• Strong proficiency in design, programming (Java), and debugging
• Excellent communication for stakeholder alignment
• Ability to work remotely from USA; no new H-1B sponsorship after Sep 2025
