Focus on resolving complex technical escalations, debugging MCPs, and improving product stability through engineering collaboration.
Location: Remote (Must operate within EU timezones)

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day support across all channels, ensuring high CSAT and meeting SLAs.
- Partner with Sales and CX to resolve technical blockers during customer calls in real time.
- Assist customers with AI workflow integrations, troubleshooting MCPs, Zapier, n8n, and Claude.
- Lead end-to-end technical escalations for API and integration failures.
- Collaborate with engineering to document bugs with technical context and drive product improvements.
- Maintain and expand the Help Center by writing new guides and updating existing content.
Requirements
- 2+ years of technical support experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting APIs, MCPs, and automation tools.
- Daily experience with AI tools and a strong understanding of how to optimize them.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly in writing and on calls.
- Must be able to work within EU timezones.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with Zapier, Intercom, or Linear.
