Hourly Rate: up to $33/hr W2, non-benefited

What you will do

• Perform component-level troubleshooting on analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics assemblies.
• Analyze circuit schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to isolate faults.
• Use oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, signal generators, and multimeters for diagnostics.
• Identify failed components like resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, ICs, and power devices.
• Conduct functional and environmental tests to verify repairs.
• Document failure modes, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to production, engineering, and quality teams and assist in developing troubleshooting procedures.

Requirements

• Department of Defense Secret security clearance required at time of hire
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair electronic assemblies at the component level.
• Strong understanding of analog circuits (amplifiers, filters, oscillators, power supplies), digital circuits (logic families, microcontrollers, communication interfaces), and power electronics (linear and switching regulators, motor drives).
• Fundamental knowledge and proficiency in related tools and equipment, including ability to fabricate simple hardware.
• Clear computer and test equipment knowledge.
• Associate's degree in related discipline or equivalent plus minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
