TL;DR

Staff Fullstack Engineer (React/Python): Building a next-generation Cloud Demand Forecasting Tool to replace legacy spreadsheet-driven processes with a scalable platform for infrastructure capacity planning across Baremetal & 3PC services with an accent on end-to-end web portal, APIs, CLI, and data pipelines. Focus on implementing complex workflow engines, hierarchical forecast aggregation, predictive analytics with time series modeling, and executive dashboards for 500+ concurrent users.

Location: Remote in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Chile. Must be able to work PST hours

What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end platform including web portal, RESTful APIs, CLI, and data pipelines for demand forecasting and lifecycle management.
• Implement configurable workflow engines with multi-stage approvals, SLA tracking, automated routing, and notifications.
• Develop demand normalization, validation layer, and hierarchical aggregation across business units, geographies, and scenarios.
• Create executive dashboards with drill-downs, variance tracking, and multi-format exports.
• Build predictive analytics for time series analysis, seasonal decomposition, and ML-based demand prediction.
• Architect for scale, reliability, security with SSO, RBAC, encryption, and audit logging.

Requirements

• 7+ years software engineering, 3+ years building enterprise-grade internal tools or planning platforms
• Experience migrating legacy systems to modern web applications
• Deep fullstack expertise in backend services and frontend interfaces
• Proven complex stateful workflow engines with approvals, routing, SLA enforcement
• RESTful APIs with versioning, rate limiting, error handling, OpenAPI
• Data engineering: ETL pipelines, normalization, validation, data lakes
• RBAC, enterprise SSO (SAML/OIDC)
• Relational DB design, query optimization, archival
