What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure using IaC (Bicep) for consistency and scalability across regions.
• Own end-to-end CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, optimizing for reliable, low-friction deployments.
• Implement observability stack including logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting with tools like Datadog and Sentry.
• Champion developer experience by tracking and improving build times, pipeline duration, and deployment frequency.
• Proactively resolve platform issues with SRE mindset and evaluate new tooling like AI-native developer tools.
• Collaborate with squads, mentor on DevSecOps, and contribute to security/compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001).

Requirements

• 5+ years in platform, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering in cloud-native environments.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure (Container Apps, Functions, AKS, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, networking, identity).
• Strong IaC with Terraform or Bicep, focusing on maintainability and reuse.
• Experience designing/optimizing CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions.
• Deep knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration.
• Observability implementation: structured logging, tracing, metrics, alerting.
• Commitment to developer experience metrics and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Azure certifications (Administrator, DevOps Engineer Expert, Solutions Architect).
• FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
• SRE practices: SLOs, error budgets, incident management.
• AI-native or agentic developer tooling experience.
