What you will do

• Participate in all program phases from requirements analysis to manufacturing, integration, test, and qualification.
• Perform schematic capture, define routing constraints, and direct PCB/PWB layout and routing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers to develop high-expectation systems.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
• 5+ years of job-related experience, or Master's degree plus 3+ years.
• Experience designing electrical hardware systems.

Nice to have

• Circuit card designs with advanced materials, high-speed interfaces, high-density designs, embedded processors, or FPGAs.
• Working knowledge of Siemens/Mentor Graphics Xpedition tools suite, including schematic entry, constraint manager, HyperLynx SI/PI analysis.
• Designs using fiber optic interfaces and knowledge of lab equipment like oscilloscopes and Ethernet testers.
• Ability to persevere through design challenges independently and exceptional communication skills.
• Understanding of full hardware development lifecycle.
