TL;DR

Senior Content Manager (French Speaking, Igaming): Drive revenue from existing customers by planning and executing personalized, AI-driven content across shopfronts, outbound campaigns, events, and sporting outcomes. Focus on site updates, promotional banners, content publishing, and optimizing user journeys for conversion and retention.

Location: Hybrid in London. Shifts required including afternoons/evenings (weekdays), weekends, and public holidays. Fluent in both French and English required.

What you will do

  • Manage site updates, maintenance, local offers, promotions pages, and banners across brands and lobbies, adopting automated solutions.
  • Plan, generate, and publish content across on-site channels in line with calendars, priorities, and marketing plans.
  • Handle day-to-day management of on-site social content hub: writing, editing, publishing copy, images, and video to optimize conversion.
  • Build end-to-end campaigns for customer retention, including translation/transcreation from English to French using AI tools.
  • Ensure content compliance, QA, testing, personalization, and alignment with events and strategies.
  • Analyze performance, optimize towards KPIs, track trends, and share insights with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English (advanced written and verbal).
  • 4+ years in site marketing and creating on-site messaging.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strategic understanding of AI capabilities.
  • Good knowledge of gaming industry (Casino and Sportsbook marketing).
  • Creative thinking, proactivity, and ability to challenge status quo.
  • Experience with Optimove (certification advantageous).
