TL;DR
Senior Content Manager (French Speaking, Igaming): Drive revenue from existing customers by planning and executing personalized, AI-driven content across shopfronts, outbound campaigns, events, and sporting outcomes. Location: Hybrid in London. Shifts required including afternoons/evenings (weekdays), weekends, and public holidays. Fluent in both French and English required.

What you will do
- Manage site updates, maintenance, local offers, promotions pages, and banners across brands and lobbies, adopting automated solutions.
- Plan, generate, and publish content across on-site channels in line with calendars, priorities, and marketing plans.
- Handle day-to-day management of on-site social content hub: writing, editing, publishing copy, images, and video to optimize conversion.
- Build end-to-end campaigns for customer retention, including translation/transcreation from English to French using AI tools.
- Ensure content compliance, QA, testing, personalization, and alignment with events and strategies.
- Analyze performance, optimize towards KPIs, track trends, and share insights with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English (advanced written and verbal).
- 4+ years in site marketing and creating on-site messaging.
- Excellent attention to detail and strategic understanding of AI capabilities.
- Good knowledge of gaming industry (Casino and Sportsbook marketing).
- Creative thinking, proactivity, and ability to challenge status quo.
- Experience with Optimove (certification advantageous).
