• Lead a team of Specialists to provide high-touch, low-friction concierge support to development studios and internal business partners.
• Collaborate with InfoSec, IT, Finance, and Legal to ensure partner arrangements align with project requirements, budgets, and organizational policies.
• Identify opportunities and drive process improvements and risk mitigation for team operations.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of vendor engagements and costs, providing necessary metrics to colleagues.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Partnerships, Outsourcing Management, Business Analytics, or similar roles.
• Proven record of delivering scalable solutions and driving process improvements in AAA video game development or publishing.
• Strong team leadership and mentorship skills with a record of enabling teams to provide exceptional service.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for building stakeholder relationships.
• Meticulous attention to detail in documentation and execution.
