What you will do

• Operate, monitor, and maintain CNC machines according to SOP standards to ensure order accuracy.
• Setup and load machine programs while analyzing and interpreting technical procedures.
• Perform visual inspections and use measuring equipment to verify part quality before and after machining.
• Operate an overhead crane and conduct daily safety inspections.
• Collaborate with shop personnel to troubleshoot issues and cross-train on various equipment.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area in accordance with safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Belle Plaine, MN.
• 2+ years of experience in machining.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications with precision.
• Proficiency in using measuring equipment and basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs, push/pull 100 lbs, and stand for up to 12 hours per shift.

Nice to have

• Post-secondary education in machining.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
