What you will do

• Analyze acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization funnels to identify drop-off points.
• Own end-to-end A/B testing framework, from design to analysis, to define growth playbook.
• Build predictive models for user retention and LTV to drive long-term business growth.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth to translate analytics into high-stakes recommendations.
• Deep-dive into funnels for friction points and viral opportunities.
• Explore AI/ML for personalizing experiences and automating growth workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Data Science, specifically B2C/Consumer Growth or high-growth tech.
• Analytics-first mindset prioritizing business questions and impact.
• Expert SQL and Python/R; full data stack including ETL (dbt, Snowflake/BigQuery) and visualization (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker).
• Deep statistical knowledge: hypothesis testing, causal inference.
• 0→1 mindset for building infrastructure amid ambiguity.
• Business intuition to link metrics to user pain points; high agency.
