Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 CAD per year + 10% bonus

What you will do

• Design and implement database-driven operational workflows for data transformation, validation, and configuration processes.
• Integrate LLMs and AI services using RAG patterns to enable autonomous, monitored workflows.
• Convert architectural designs into scalable, maintainable production systems with structured data contracts.
• Leverage Microsoft Azure services (Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, Azure AI) to build modular, CI/CD-enabled solutions.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and observability practices to ensure operational stability and security compliance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 2–5+ years of production experience in SQL, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong expertise in relational database design, scripting, and query optimization.
• Proven experience building and deploying applications within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and structured Git workflows.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM services using frameworks like Semantic Kernel, Copilot Studio, or AI Foundry.

Nice to have

• Experience working within healthcare SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7 or FHIR.
• Understanding of vector databases and retrieval-based workflows.
• Exposure to AI Agent Orchestration or Multi-Agent workflows.
