What you will do

• Coordinate and execute sustainability programs, tracking KPIs, project timelines, and milestones.
• Collect, validate, and manage sustainability data, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
• Maintain greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories aligned with the GHG Protocol and identify improvement trends.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders to visualize sustainability performance.
• Prepare sustainability disclosures (SASB, GRI, CSRD) and manage data for audits and ESG questionnaires (CDP, EcoVadis).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance teams to support project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sustainability, data analysis, or operations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data dashboards.
• Basic understanding of GHG emissions, ESG, and climate-related frameworks.
• Ability to travel for work 25-30%.
• Based in or able to work from Jacksonville, FL; Ashburn, VA; or Phoenix, AZ.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Work experience in manufacturing, industrial, or energy-related environments.
• Exposure to sustainability frameworks including GHG Protocol, SASB, GRI, and CDP.
• Familiarity with specialized ESG or sustainability reporting platforms.
