What you will do

• Develop and implement global category strategies for IT, R&D, and Digital spend aligned with financial objectives.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including demand assessment, market analysis, RFP/RFQ execution, and contracting.
• Manage contract renewals and negotiate key commercial terms including pricing, SLAs, and termination clauses.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders across IT, Engineering, Digital, and Finance.
• Establish and manage strategic supplier relationships, including conducting QBRs and performance reviews.
• Identify and deliver cost savings and value improvement opportunities to optimize TCO.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement or sourcing.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and categories in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Experience partnering with Legal and Finance on contract and approval processes.
• Strong skills in financial analysis and building pricing models.

Nice to have

• ISM Certification or other related professional procurement certifications.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration.
