What you will do

• Own end-to-end onboarding for new hires including laptops, benefits, and welcome lunches.
• Coordinate local compliance, monthly payroll, meal allowances, and pension contributions.
• Manage office supplies, snacks, vendors, and ensure hub is always client-ready.
• Handle team logistics, travel, events, and hospitality for visitors.
• Design social rituals, offsites, celebrations to build community and employer branding.
• Act as administrative bridge between Lisbon and global offices.

Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese and English essential for local vendors and London HQ.
• Hyper-organised operator who spots needs proactively like payroll deadlines or low supplies.
• Approachable, high-energy connector who enjoys people and reads the room.
• Proactive in fixing culture gaps without waiting for tasks.

Nice to have

• 2+ years in Office Management, HR Admin, or People Ops, preferably in fast-paced tech.
