Software Engineer (Embedded)

TL;DR

Location: Must be a resident of Korea (Songpa-gu, Seoul). No relocation support provided.

What you will do

• Develop and test software for memory test systems.
• Design and develop programs and libraries for new products.
• Sustain and extend existing product libraries and software architecture.
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, and QA teams to solve complex technical issues.
• Partner with Field Applications to improve customer success and solve user problems.
• Devise effective test strategies and identify areas for improvement with the Software QA group.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Software Developer.
• Strong C++ Object Oriented design and programming skills.
• Experience implementing software that directly interacts with hardware (FPGAs and ASICs).
• Proficiency with Windows, Visual Studio, and the STL Library.
• Experience with source code control systems, preferably GIT.
• Resident of Korea, fluent in Korean, and proficient in English.

Nice to have

• ATE (Automated Test Equipment) or SOC (Ultraflex, V93K) experience.
• HBM Device experience (HBM3, HBM4, HBM4e).
• Windows Programming (DLL library, GUI) and knowledge of Windows OS Internals.
• Experience reading schematics and collaborating with hardware designers.
• Embedded systems development (e.g., Raspberry Pi, Arduino, BeagleBone).
