What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional teams of 5–10 people to move tests smoothly from idea to build, launch, and analysis.
• Build and maintain testing roadmaps of 10–20 experiments, communicating strategy and progress in weekly client meetings.
• Act as main point of contact for clients and teams, bringing clarity, positivity, and momentum during busy periods.
• Spot risks early, unblock teams, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Requirements

• Strong organization and diligence with systems, checklists, and timelines.
• Excellent communication, proactive outreach, early risk flagging, and asking for help when needed.
• Smart, high-agency mindset: quick learner who enjoys technology, design, notices patterns, and asks good questions.
• No prior A/B testing or formal PM experience required—training provided.
