What you will do

• Install, upgrade, maintain, and repair advanced medical systems for 3D cardiac mapping and electrophysiology at customer sites
• Manage service territory in Diegem and Europe, planning and prioritizing activities independently
• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly
• Travel extensively within the region and occasionally across Europe on short notice
• Drive customer satisfaction via performance reviews, complaint analysis, and improvement initiatives
• Document service activities and communicate issues to management
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Biomedical, Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
• 4–6 years of professional experience, ideally in field service or medical device industry
• Solid understanding of service, maintenance, and troubleshooting principles
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with standard test equipment (e.g., digital multimeter, safety tester)
• Physically able to lift equipment up to 35 kg, with frequent standing and bending
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
• Valid driver’s license
