What you will do
- Install, upgrade, maintain, and repair advanced medical systems for 3D cardiac mapping and electrophysiology at customer sites
- Manage service territory in Diegem and Europe, planning and prioritizing activities independently
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly
- Travel extensively within the region and occasionally across Europe on short notice
- Drive customer satisfaction via performance reviews, complaint analysis, and improvement initiatives
- Document service activities and communicate issues to management
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Biomedical, Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
- 4–6 years of professional experience, ideally in field service or medical device industry
- Solid understanding of service, maintenance, and troubleshooting principles
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with standard test equipment (e.g., digital multimeter, safety tester)
- Physically able to lift equipment up to 35 kg, with frequent standing and bending
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
- Valid driver’s license
