What you will do

• Review, verify, and approve/reject customer documents ensuring validity, legibility, and compliance with KYC guidelines.
• Process continuous queues of accounts efficiently while maintaining high accuracy.
• Flag inconsistencies, suspicious details, or incomplete submissions.
• Escalate complex cases to seniors or compliance team.
• Maintain records and update verification statuses accurately.
• Adhere to deadlines, productivity targets, and internal procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in KYC, identity verification, or document review (mandatory)
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Proficiency in written English for clear, professional communication.
• Solid computer literacy and fast workflow in digital systems.
• Ability to handle high-volume tasks independently in a process-driven environment.
