What you will do

• Review 10-50 flagged proposals per 12-hour shift, deciding if correct or escalate to dispute resolution.
• Apply consistent reasoning to objective and subjective markets, documenting rationale clearly.
• Escalate high-risk or ambiguous cases to senior staff while adhering to SLAs.
• Identify patterns in false flags, suggest market rule improvements, and contribute to process refinement.

Requirements

• 1+ years active involvement with prediction markets including rules, disputes, and resolutions.
• Strong analytical judgment for interpreting rules under ambiguity.
• High integrity, bias resistance, and comfort with neutral decisions impacting financial outcomes.
• Reliability for SLA adherence, clear written communication, and detail-oriented process execution.

Nice to have

• Experience in trust & safety, policy enforcement, marketplace integrity, risk operations, fact-checking, or DAO governance.
