What you will do

• Support review and approval of new clients during onboarding, including document checks and proof of address.
• Assist with compliance monitoring, transaction alert reviews, periodic checks, and case management.
• Help draft, update, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and governance materials.
• Work with teams and tools to improve onboarding and monitoring workflows and implement process enhancements.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in compliance (AML/KYC), ideally in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial services.
• Working knowledge of customer onboarding, KYC/CDD, sanctions and AML screening, and case review workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks consistently.
• Clear written communication for documentation, procedures, and escalations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
