What you will do

• Lead the user experience from conception to launch, advocating for the design vision of a high-traffic entertainment app.
• Manage, mentor, and support a team of product designers across iOS, Android, and web.
• Create user-centric designs, wireframes, and prototypes, emphasizing game discovery and loyalty gamification.
• Build and evolve the company's design guidelines and comprehensive design system.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to deliver innovative solutions within technical constraints.
• Integrate AI-assisted design tools to streamline creative workflows and improve production velocity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading a mobile product design team, ideally in entertainment or gaming.
• Proven expertise in gamification and user engagement.
• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Portfolio showcasing impactful mobile design work.
• Experience scaling design teams and refining internal processes.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Berlin, Germany.

Nice to have

• Background in loyalty or rewards platforms.
• Previous experience in mobile gaming.
• Deep understanding of mobile gaming trends and the advertising landscape.
