What you will do

• Design, develop, and fine-tune defense logic to effectively mitigate complex DDoS attacks across network and application layers.
• Optimize and enhance pipelines for automated threat detection, mitigation, and comprehensive reporting.
• Collaborate with system administrators to automate operational tasks and infrastructure provisioning.
• Develop and maintain robust APIs and interfaces to integrate defense capabilities into hosting products.
• Manage and troubleshoot high-availability defense infrastructure, including participation in a rotating on-call schedule.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a comparable educational background.
• Experience in system-near development of scalable software using Go, C, Python, PHP, or Bash.
• Experience writing application logic with Lua scripting in combination with NGINX.
• Practical experience configuring NGINX as a reverse proxy, load balancer, or WAF.
• Strong commitment to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation methodologies.
• Knowledge of BGP, flowspec, anycast routing, and Linux network protocols.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
