TL;DR

Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack): Building and scaling insurance products with an accent on cross-functional collaboration and end-to-end feature delivery. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the office in Oval, London (office-centric approach)

Salary: £48,000–£60,000

What you will do

  • Ship high-impact features and lead cross-functional projects including product launches and partner integrations.
  • Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Data teams to design and build scalable product solutions.
  • Influence key technical decisions regarding the architecture and expansion of the product portfolio.
  • Contribute to team growth and engineering culture by sharing ideas and mentoring others.
  • Maintain high standards through rigorous testing and code review processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cross-functional, collaborative projects from scoping to release.
  • Fluency in front-end JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular) and back-end languages (e.g., Python).
  • Experience with or strong interest in Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, AWS, and SQL.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work from the London office (Oval) as part of an office-centric team.
  • Ambitious mindset with a focus on rapid progression and delivering value.

Nice to have

  • Experience with UX design and prototyping.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment.
