What you will do

• Support Account Manager teams with pre-sale media planning and strategy based on partner KPIs, budget, timing, and capabilities
• Assist with onboarding new advertising partners, documentation logistics, OMS booking, and campaign kickoff
• Support reporting and insights using 1P platforms, interpreting data, and contributing to recap reports
• Update and maintain team trackers, indexes, shared documents, and project management systems with audits
• Build and maintain campaign production timelines, communicating updates internally
• Maintain operational systems like Monday.com and Placements.Io

Requirements

• Current junior or senior enrolled in a relevant degree program
• Collaborative mindset and passion for team success
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple work streams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Pragmatic, enthusiastic, and empathetic attitude
