Software Engineer (Kotlin, Python): Developing and maintaining integrations between business platforms such as HubSpot and NetSuite with an accent on scalability, security, and automation. Location: 100% Remote or Hybrid (Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, Kraków, Rzeszów). Must be based in Poland

Salary: Mid 700-1000 PLN/day, Senior 1000-1300 PLN/day (B2B)

A Polish IT partner providing specialized teams for global clients, currently supporting a Scandinavian supplier of public procurement and tendering software.

What you will do

• Develop integration solutions between HubSpot, NetSuite, and internal platforms.
• Design and build scalable, secure, and maintainable backend services.
• Operate integrated systems including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Create scripts and tools to automate business processes and workflows.
• Maintain and optimize HubSpot workflows and E2E system communication.
• Ensure high system reliability, performance, and observability.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin for backend development.
• Solid experience with Python for scripting and data processing.
• Practical knowledge of AWS and infrastructure provisioning (Terraform preferred).
• Experience with Kafka for event-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD tools, specifically GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana.
• Familiarity with HubSpot.
