Technical Director: Assist in technical production of daily business podcast shows with an accent on operating control room equipment, cameras, microphones, and ensuring video/audio quality. Focus on editing audio in Pro Tools, operating Ross Carbonite Video Switcher, and delivering high-quality content in early morning recordings.

Location: On-site in New York, NY (must be in-person at NYC HQ)

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000

What you will do

• Operate Ross Carbonite Video Switcher during live tapings
• Edit audio versions of podcasts in Pro Tools
• Assist production teams with daily show preparations starting at 5 AM
• Contribute to creative development and viral trend adaptations for business news
• Work with cameras, microphones, and control room equipment for highest quality output

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in media and podcast production
• Knowledge of control room environments
• Experience with Adobe Premiere and Photoshop (After Effects a plus)
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a morning person for 5 AM recordings
