What you will do

• Lead the execution of biometric broadcast experiences across global events, livestreams, and digital platforms.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage new broadcast integrations and partnerships to elevate the brand strategy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical partners and third-party agencies for operational execution.
• Collaborate with partners to shape data narratives, connecting biometric insights to audience storytelling.
• Oversee the creative ideation and production of live graphics and real-time data visualization.
• Liaise between marketing, hardware, and software teams to align product strategy with company objectives.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in live broadcast production, experiential marketing, or sports media.
• Proven track record leading real-time broadcast productions for global events or digital platforms.
• Deep understanding of live production workflows, on-air integrations, and graphics packages.
• Experience managing production crews, technical vendors, and on-air talent in high-pressure environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel 25–50% of the time to support global events.
• Must be based in or relocate to the Boston, MA office.
