What you will do

• Provide L2/L3 operational support to ensure availability and stability of European applications across production and pre-production environments.
• Act as a technical authority for complex issues, performing deep analysis of application, database, and integration layers.
• Design and improve monitoring and alerting strategies using tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, and New Relic to reduce MTTR.
• Develop automation for operational tasks, diagnostics, and health checks in collaboration with Development teams.
• Lead major incident resolution, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate post-incident reviews.
• Mentor junior analysts and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support models.

Requirements

• Strong experience in L2/L3 application support within complex environments.
• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid).
• Solid knowledge of the OutSystems platform including production support.
• Advanced skills in SQL, API troubleshooting, and application log analysis.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, New Relic).
• English: C1 (Excellent communication skills required).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Azure cloud platform and related certifications.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience supporting web applications.
• Experience working with insurance companies or other financial systems.
