What you will do

• Lead complex incident investigations, post-mortems, and root cause analysis across legacy and Azure platforms.
• Improve observability, alerting, automation, and service performance using monitoring tools and Azure services.
• Drive structural fixes to reduce repeat issues and enhance resilience in production systems.
• Advise senior managers on SRE best practices and shape the operating model for reliability engineering.
• Influence engineering and leadership teams to embed SRE maturity organization-wide.

Requirements

• 5+ years senior SRE, reliability engineering, or cloud operations experience
• Strong Azure platform knowledge in operations, monitoring, and automation
• Proven incident management, post-mortems, and root cause investigations
• Experience stabilizing legacy applications and modernizing hybrid infrastructure
• Ability to influence managers on SRE strategy
• Excellent English communication for technical and executive audiences

Nice to have

• Experience leading or scaling SRE practices
• Background in enterprise or regulated environments
