What you will do

• Design, implement, and document APIs under senior guidance to support product modernization.
• Build backend services using Spring Boot and Spring Web following architectural standards.
• Develop cloud-native applications packaged in containers and deployed to Kubernetes via AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines for builds and deployments.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code correctness, readability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, and product owners within an Agile framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience, including internships or academic projects.
• Basic experience with Spring framework (Core, Boot, Data, REST, Security).
• Foundational understanding of REST architecture and microservices.
• Introductory knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• English language proficiency: B2 - C1 required.
• Must be based in Madrid for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Event-driven design, TDD, or BDD.
• General knowledge of BPMN processes.
