What you will do

• Design and implement robust backend solutions using Kotlin and microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to refine technical requirements and deliver features.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and deploy services via Jenkins pipelines.
• Maintain system reliability through proactive monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
• Contribute to automated testing suites including JUnit, Karate, and Cypress.
• Support internal users and optimize promotional planning tools to improve business efficiency.

Requirements

• Senior-level expertise in Kotlin and Java development.
• Strong experience with relational SQL databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle).
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work independently and engage in all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
• Must be based in Madrid or willing to work in a hybrid setup (60% office).

Nice to have

• Experience with functional programming (Arrow).
• Familiarity with Vue.js or frontend testing frameworks.
