What you will do

• Define and maintain the global technology control framework aligned with the Group’s risk appetite and regulatory obligations.
• Oversee the design and implementation of preventive and detective technology controls across infrastructure, applications, and cloud platforms.
• Lead global technology control testing and assurance activities in collaboration with Risk and Internal Audit functions.
• Support regulatory examinations, client due diligence, and external audits related to technology and cyber controls.
• Embed robust technology control requirements into third-party, outsourcing, and cloud arrangements.
• Build and lead a high-performing global technology controls team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in London
• Minimum 10 years of extensive cybersecurity experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in leading a global cyber GRC function within a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, including cloud, identity, and data infrastructure.
• Experience working directly with regulators, auditors, and client assurance teams.
• Degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or a related discipline.
