What you will do

• Define, maintain, and implement the global technology control framework aligned with the risk appetite, cyber strategy, Apex Gold Standard, and regulatory obligations.
• Establish control standards covering infrastructure, applications, cloud, identity, data, and end-user computing across regions and legal entities.
• Lead global technology control testing, assurance, monitoring, reporting, and remediation of control weaknesses.
• Support regulatory examinations, client due diligence, external audits, operational resilience, data protection, and cybersecurity obligations.
• Embed technology control requirements into third-party, outsourcing, managed service, offshore, cloud, and SaaS arrangements.
• Build and lead global technology controls, cyber technical, operational services, advisory, and service delivery teams.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of cybersecurity experience, including 7 years in a senior leadership role and experience leading a global cyber GRC function.
• Extensive experience with technology controls, IT risk, cyber controls, or technology assurance in a global regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, including cloud, infrastructure, applications, identity, and data.
• Experience working with regulators, auditors, and client assurance teams, with the ability to advise executive-level and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience leading high-performing cybersecurity organizations, managing strategic security vendors, and developing global teams.
• Degree in information technology, information security, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent.
