What you will do

• Lead and execute the global cyber defence strategy and target operating model aligned with business risk appetite and regulatory obligations.
• Oversee the 24/7/365 Global Security Operations Center (SOC), improving threat detection, incident response, and management capabilities.
• Own the cyber incident response capability, including the development of runbooks and leading recovery efforts for major cyber incidents.
• Partner with Security Engineering, IT Risk, Legal, and Compliance to protect information assets and client data across all regions.
• Manage strategic cybersecurity vendors and service providers while driving succession planning and talent development.
• Provide actionable reporting on cyber threats and control effectiveness to executive management and board-level forums.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of extensive cybersecurity experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading global cyber defence or SOC functions within a regulated environment.
• Deep technical expertise in SIEM, EDR, digital forensics, malware analysis, and cloud security across various platforms.
• Strong experience in crisis management and the ability to operate and influence at an executive level.
• Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Location: Must be based in London.
