What you will do

• Act as the primary data and AI partner for an assigned gaming studio to drive business decisions.
• Own studio core data models, tables, and metric definitions while ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Design and build POCs to translate business inefficiencies into technology-driven solutions.
• Reduce operational overhead through automation and the use of LLMs to standardize recurring processes.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams and serve as the technical voice of the studio within the organization.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in data development, data engineering, or BI development.
• Strong SQL skills for data exploration, modeling, and problem-solving.
• Experience designing and building data models and ETL/ELT processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working with AI tools, including LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Good spoken and written English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agent tools such as Cursor or Windsurf.
• Python for scripting, automation, or data processing.
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration (Airflow) and big data tools (Spark, Kafka).
