Seed-stage Vertical SaaS Fintech startup building an operating system for the $18B Credit Collections industry to streamline collectors' workflows.

What you will do

• Maintain AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters using IaC like Terraform.
• Develop scalable backend features and API/SFTP integrations with Python/Django.
• Optimize Postgres databases (indexing, partitioning, sharding) and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and developer environments.
• Set up alerting systems and provide on-call support for issue triage.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional software development experience, including 2+ years Python/Django and 2+ years SRE/DevOps.
• Experience maintaining Kubernetes via IaC (Terraform preferred), AWS services, Docker, Helm.
• Strong RDBMS knowledge (Postgres preferred), API/SFTP integrations, DB performance optimization.
• Solid engineering fundamentals, product intuition, end-to-end ownership.

• Experience with Redis.
