We are looking for a motivated and responsible Sports Manager.

✅ Requirements:
Experience working with sports betting providers (e.g., Altenar);
Ability to define strategy (GEOs, segments, positioning);
Experience launching and managing sports campaigns (tournaments, events, seasonal promotions);
Strong data-driven decision-making skills;
Experience developing and managing bonus strategies (free bets, risk-free bets, odds boosts);
English proficiency at B2 level;
Understanding of anti-fraud / anti-abuse practices.

🔥 Responsibilities:
Setting and adjusting odds; managing the betting line (pre-match and live);
Real-time betting monitoring, risk management, and limit control;
Analyzing player behavior and identifying suspicious activity;
Managing bonus policies: creating and configuring bonus campaigns;
Collaborating with marketing teams on major sporting events;
Working with providers and support teams (incidents, disputes, settlements), ensuring high-quality handling of user inquiries.
