What you will do

• Lead the development and training of Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to support strategic marketing decisions.
• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines for MMM features and scoring processes.
• Perform rigorous input and output data validation to ensure model accuracy and reliability.
• Translate complex model outputs into clear business insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics solutions with evolving business needs.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliverables under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and statistical work.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and validation.
• Experience working with cloud environments such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience in Marketing Analytics, with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) being a strong plus.
• Proven experience managing stakeholders in demanding, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to operate in U.S. time zones.
