What you will do

• Lead and develop global engineering operations for air systems to increase productivity and reduce costs for customers.
• Manage project engineering to ensure qualified and timely delivery of projects.
• Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders and customers to secure high satisfaction levels.
• Develop global team skills, competencies, and standardized ways of working.
• Implement AI solutions and optimize systems and tools to enhance competitiveness.
• Oversee installation advisory and start-up services provided to customers.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Knowledge of mechanical, process, or process automation engineering.
• Experience in project engineering and working within global environments.
• Must be primarily based in the Raisio office.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability and willingness to travel occasionally.
