What you will do

  • Assess and prioritize business processes for automation potential, building a pipeline of high-impact opportunities.
  • Evaluate feasibility, estimate efforts, and define infrastructure needs for automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with process owners, developers, and experts to translate requirements into efficient automation solutions.
  • Guide teams as primary contact from development through testing and implementation.
  • Design, configure, and document compliant workflows.
  • Peer-review automation workflows for quality, security, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Extensive experience as Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and automation concepts.
  • Experience with process assessment, continuous improvement, RPA workflows, AI agents, and change management.
  • Knowledge of AI agents, VBA, Excel macros, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Query.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Lean Six Sigma certification or proven continuous improvement experience.
  • Experience supporting 2-3 concurrent automation projects across departments.
  • UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism experience.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
  • Consultative mindset with strong change-management skills.
