What you will do

• Develop and optimize backend micro-services using Java and Spring.
• Manage and integrate client data using MongoDB and other NoSQL technologies.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to streamline onboarding business workflows.
• Drive the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) from design to deployment.
• Partner with global engineering teams to evolve the alternatives platform.
• Implement system monitoring, reporting, and application security measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Industry experience developing with Java, Spring, and MongoDB.
• Experience with micro-services architecture and DevOps tools such as GitLab.
• Deep understanding of SDLC best practices.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with global teams.
