What you will do

• Define hiring priorities and manage capacity to align recruiter focus with business needs.
• Govern delivery quality by calibrating interview plans, competency criteria, and scorecards.
• Lead and mentor recruiters and TA partners, balancing workloads and improving funnel conversion.
• Manage senior stakeholders to drive accountability and resolve hiring bottlenecks.
• Own delivery dashboards and reporting to improve time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates.
• Personally lead recruitment for high-impact, sensitive, or business-critical leadership roles.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruitment experience, including 1+ year in a leadership or cross-functional lead role.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end hiring for complex and hard-to-fill roles.
• Ability to prioritize needs and operate effectively in fast-paced, distributed environments.
• Data-driven approach with experience improving hiring metrics and pipeline performance.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with finance and trading, or general knowledge of the industry.
• Fluency in Russian.
