Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Malaysia
HRFinEase is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Malaysia. Chinese language skills required. 2-3 years of recruitment or HR experience in financial services or fintech.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR - preferably within financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English - mandatory. Malay is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian and broader South East Asian talent market
- Experience sourcing candidates across platforms including LinkedIn, JobStreet, and local Malaysian job boards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships with candidates and clients
- Organised and detail-oriented - able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Based in Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur or Labuan preferred
- Familiarity with the Labuan IBFC financial ecosystem is a strong advantage
