Lead Site Reliability Engineer (IT Support Automation)

TL;DR

Lead Site Reliability Engineer (DevOps/Automation): Designing and executing a comprehensive IT support automation strategy to significantly reduce ticket volume and human intervention with an accent on API integrations and durable automation frameworks. What you will do

• Analyze ticket trends and redesign workflows to eliminate recurring systemic failure patterns and pain points.
• Architect and implement end-to-end automation workflows across multiple SaaS platforms using REST APIs, OAuth2, and SAML.
• Develop custom production-ready microservices, serverless functions, and orchestration tools using Python or Go.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi) and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automation services.
• Design monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks and define SLIs/SLOs to measure automation reliability.
• Act as a single-threaded owner for major initiatives, defining architecture and driving delivery from concept to deployment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SRE, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Automation Engineering.
• Proven track record of designing enterprise-scale automation systems and consuming complex REST APIs.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Go and experience building production-grade services.
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, identity and access management, and asset lifecycle concepts.
