What you will do

• Analyze legacy MySQL data models and define precise mapping for migration to new SaaS systems.
• Design and implement data cleansing rules, including deduplication, normalization, and historization.
• Build and validate data flows using APIs, webhooks, and integration tools like Make.
• Establish data governance, ownership principles, and system-of-record standards across the organization.
• Prepare structured datasets to support Power BI reporting and future AI-driven analytics.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and vendors to align technical data architecture with business processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading complex data migration projects.
• Strong proficiency in MySQL and relational database modeling.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and ETL transformation concepts.
• Ability to translate complex business workflows into technical data structures.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Warsaw, Gdansk, or Wroclaw (Hybrid).
• English: Proficiency required for collaborating with technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with no-code or low-code integration tools such as Make or Zapier.
